Rate
Information Our
rates are per room, per night based on double occupancy. Children
12 years of age and under are free when sharing their parents room
with existing bedding. Any additional persons are $10 per guest.
If required,
our Superior Rooms can accommodate one rollaway bed for an extra
charge of $10 per night.
Our
room rate includes our Breakfast Buffet with
two hot entrees for all our guests. All rooms are subject
to 9% Vermont Lodging Sales Tax, but we do not charge any gratuity
or service charges, unlike other Stowe lodgings.

This discount offer is only available if booked directly with
us (i.e. not using Internet reservations or other booking service),
is not valid with other discounts and is not available during Holiday/Peak
Time or Bargain Time rate periods.

room has a private bath, color TV with cable
and remote control, and direct-dial telephones with free local, calling card and toll-free calls.
Every room has it's own thermostat to control heat
and also has air conditioning
in the summer. Click on each room description
in the rate tables for more information and pictures.
Check-in time is at 3PM. If you'll be checking in past 12
midnight,
please let us know.

"REGULAR
POLICIES" (Other than at HOLIDAY TIME periods) RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of
the first night's room charge is required at time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks
prior to your arrival and your deposit is returned less a $20
cancellation fee. Cancel within two weeks of your arrival,
and you forfeit your deposit.
"HOLIDAY TIME" POLICIES
RESERVATION
DEPOSIT: For "HOLIDAY TIME" only, a deposit of 50% of
your total stay is required at time of booking. CANCELLATION
POLICY: For "HOLIDAY TIME" only, cancel your reservation
more than 30 days prior to your arrival and your deposit is returned
less a $20 cancellation fee. Cancel within 30 days of your
arrival, and you forfeit your deposit.
Events, Parties and Groups Information Northern Lights Lodge is the ideal location for weddings,
Civil Unions, private parties, retreats, meetings, conferences, tour groups and reunions. Our
beautiful outdoor settings, perennial gardens and Gazebo combine perfectly with our spacious Banquet/Events Room, other
common rooms including our Lounge and Breakfast Room with a blazing fireplace,
and a full kitchen for catering.
The Lodge is available for your group booking, large or
small, at any time of the year, complete with meals included if desired. Also note
that in the off season, the whole Lodge can be made available for your private retreat
group. Off season is typically the end of April to the end of May, and November.
